I plan to create B2C jewellery brand with natural gemstones and looking for an entrepreneurial-minded co-founder to join me in making it a reality. This role requires a big dream and the drive to succeed.

The ideal person will be someone who shares a passion for natural gemstones and business, with experience in business development, management, marketing, and operations, and has big dreams to run their own successful business.

As a co-founder, you will be involved in every part of the business. I believe in prospering with integrity, treating others fairly, and keeping humility above greed.

Here's what I'm looking for in my ideal co-founder:

• A like-minded person with an entrepreneurial spirit and positive mindset.
• Honest and transparent.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to proof by actions, not just words.
• Knowledge of the latest technology and modern jewellery manufacturing methods to stay up to date with industry trends and advancements.
• Demonstrated experience in business development, management, marketing, and operations, with a strong desire to lead and grow business.
• The ability to manage the whole business operation and a visionary with future goals and plans for the business expansion.
• In-person networking with customers at different events and the ability to travel around.
• A creative thinker with innovative ideas for natural gemstones relative business.
• A strong network in the jewellery industry is preferred, but not required.
• Located in London or nearby with fluency in English.
